Even in these few days I feel cheated and disappointed. As far as caring about individuals and actually working out the problems to give customers what your company has promised V Shred has fallen short. The 30 day guarantee or your money back isn’t about giving your money back it’s about you locked in for at least 30 days so they won’t have to refund you. As this program goes I was not impressed or even remotely motivated. It also said we will zoom ONCE a month and gave me meal plan that does not seem very personalized or even imaginative. At first it seem I would have someone contact me on phone, FaceTime, or just send a quick text on the phone to help me get started but what got was a generic email telling me to sign up and schedule at their convenience. I purchased this program a few days ago and I purchased the $2186.00 dollar personal coaching with it. I’ve gotten auto-generated (automated) emails, but it was extremely impersonal and inauthentic. To this date - nobody has ever tried to reach out to me. Word of advice - please consider working on your customer service and the human contact efforts, and actually follow through with the things you offer. Otherwise, I would not recommend this service. The only thing that I recommend is the supplements. I ended up canceling a few of the services that I ordered, as well. My time and effort, and desire to achieve something is important, and I was made to feel very disrespected, and as though my time and effort is not important on your end. Then, I showed up for the second call, and AGAIN, the advisor never showed up. ![]() So, things happen, and I get that - and I rescheduled the call. The first time - I attended the virtual call, but the advisor did not. I had signed up for a FREE “Metabolic Assessment” call, with an advisor.
